I remember how sick I felt even when I was eating kale salads, sautéed chicken, and juices all day. I had a hunch there was more going on with my body that clean eating alone wasn’t accomplishing.
 
It was at this point that I learned (by running a test) that I had over 30 food sensitivities. O.M.G.
 
I spent the next couple of weeks removing them from my diet and my digestive symptoms went away, I lost several pounds that were pure INFLAMMATION and had energy to get back into my normal workout routine.
