Today, I want to dig into a topic I hear almost every day: Eating healthy is so expensive and time-consuming!

I work with a lot of students and busy professionals who want to do the right thing for their body by eating well, but can’t sustain it either because it gets too expensive or takes up too much time. I think we’ve ALL been there, right?!

I used to spend a crazy amount of money on food when I first cleaned up my diet.

Truth is…eating healthy can be a whole lot easier and cheaper! Earlier this month, I was interviewed by the Boston Herald on this topic.
